NEWARK –- CENTURY 21 Frank Frye Real Estate is pleased to announce Ric Lahmers has joined its firm as a REALTOR®/Auctioneer. Lahmers has been a REALTOR®/Auctioneer since 1983. Lahmers sells real estate the conventional way and also sells real estate at auction, including Residential, Commercial, and Agricultural properties. Lahmers is a Certified Estate Specialist (CES), and a graduate of Missouri Auction School. He has auctioned real estate in many areas in Ohio.

Lahmers volunteers as an Auctioneer to raise funds at charity events for the Licking County Board of REALTORS® Political Action Committee, Buckeye Valley Building Industry Association Scholarship Fund, Licking Valley All Sports Dinner Auction, Newton Elementary Art Auction, and many other community events.
Lahmers has served as President for both the Licking County Cattleman’s Board, and State BPHA Association. He served as 4-H advisor of the Licking County Beef Club for many years, and has been a cattle judge for 35 years in Ohio, New York, Virginia, and West Virginia. He’s serving his tenth year as a Madison Township Trustee.
Lahmers has been married for 30 years to his wife Laura, who’s employed by Licking Valley Schools. They have three children. Their daughter Vanessa, lives with her husband, Nick, and their son Cameron in Dover. Their son Justin, and his wife Amy and their daughter Abigail live in Hilliard. Their son Tanner and his fiancé Britaney live in Florence, KY.
