Mitch Fellows and Shirley Johnson both received Level Two Sales Achievement Awards for their sales of over $60,000 in Adjusted Gross Commissions or 24 Units in 2008.

Aaron Parks and Beverly Vermillion both received Level One Sales Achievement Awards for their sales of over $30,000 Adjusted Gross Commissions or 18 Units in 2008.

            Lahmers volunteers as an Auctioneer to raise funds at charity events for the Licking County Board of REALTORS® Political Action Committee, Buckeye Valley Building Industry Association Scholarship Fund, Licking Valley All Sports Dinner Auction, Newton Elementary Art Auction, and many other community events.

            Lahmers has served as President for both the Licking County Cattleman’s Board, and State BPHA Association. He served as 4-H advisor of the Licking County Beef Club for many years, and has been a cattle judge for 35 years in Ohio, New York, Virginia, and West Virginia. He’s serving his tenth year as a Madison Township Trustee.

Lahmers has been married for 30 years to his wife Laura, who’s employed by Licking Valley Schools. They have three children. Their daughter Vanessa, lives with her husband, Nick, and their son Cameron in Dover. Their son Justin, and his wife Amy and their daughter Abigail live in Hilliard. Their son Tanner and his fiancé Britaney live in Florence, KY.

The Broker Council provides a forum for public recognition of CENTURY 21 offices and their sales associates for outstanding business practices, as well as a forum for training and education. The Newark Advocate reported on Jan. 3, 2009..."Licking County foreclosure filings reached another record in 2008, with 1,202 filed, including 88 in Dec., according to Licking County Common Please Court records. The filings topped the 2007 record of 1,183, by 1.6 percent, the lowest increase in more than a decade."
