The House Band is the feature "house band" of the Licking County Board of REALTORS. Formed in the fall of 2005 under the name FORECLOSURE, The House Band consists of REALTORS Jim McKivergin (Guitar and Vocals) and Phil Frye (Guitar and Vocals), attorney Bob Handelman (Keyboards) and Joel Spahr (Bass), contractor Jimmy Calland (Lead Vocals), and professional musicians Pat Painter (Lead Guitar) and Joe Wahl (Drums).

The House Band's primary focus to play great music and raise money from gigs to donate to local charities. The House Band plays rock, country, blues, and pop music.

The House Band will perform at the Granville Kiwanis Club's Fourth of July Festival 4-5:30 p.m. on July 3 on Broadway in downtown Granville.
